Information is everywhere. You can ask Google, you can ask Zillow, you can ask AI. What most people can’t get on their own is interpretation: what the information means for their house, their loan, their decision.

That’s why I started the Randal Jenkins Real Estate Hour.

We’re live every Wednesday from 5 to 6 p.m. on TanTalk Radio (AM 1340, AM 1350 and FM 106.1), and we stream on YouTube and Facebook at the same time. The goal is simple. When the hour is over, you should understand something about real estate you didn’t understand before.

What we talk about

This isn’t a show where I read headlines or tell you rates moved an eighth of a point. We talk about how real estate actually works, the parts that don’t show up on a listing site.

Most weeks my brother Eric Jenkins, a Realtor with Keller Williams, joins me. We work at different companies and we don’t always agree, which makes for a better hour. We’ve also had guests like broker Bill Yingling, and I’ll keep bringing in people who know their piece of the business: insurance agents, lenders, inspectors, other brokers.

Buyers, sellers, investors, and Realtors. If you’re thinking about a move, you’ll hear how the pieces fit together before you’re in the middle of it. If you’re a Realtor, you’ll hear how another broker thinks through problems.
